• Understand treatment indications, benefits, effects, and contraindications
• Techniques: cleansing, exfoliation, skin warming, comedone extraction, facial massage, mask treatments, and moisturizing
• Skin analysis and diagnostic methodologies

Consultation and Client Care

• Principles of client care during consultations
• High standards of client care
• Effective communication skills

Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology

• Structure and function of the human body
• Common pathologies
• Knowledge of the skin, nails, hair, skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, respiratory, cardiovascular, lymphatic, and digestive systems

Electrical Science

• Natural and physical science behind electrical beauty therapy treatments

Maintain Health & Safety in the Salon

• Principles of health and safety at work
• Key legislation, legal and regulatory factors
• Recognizing hazards and associated risks
• Safe and hygienic working practices
• Firefighting equipment, first aid resources, and emergency procedures
